FRONT OFFICE SUPERSTAR 

We are looking for a new receptionist / admin coordinator to join our team at Waiheke Dental Centre. The role can often have moments of busyness followed by down periods, so the ability to adjust dynamically to workload is needed. We pride ourselves on working and helping each other within our team.

Patient care and experience are of the highest priority to us, and therefore the right person for the role would possess the following skills –

Excellent communication

The ability to multitask

Confident and competent using a computer and associated software (mostly the Microsoft Office programs)

Be a problem solver

A fast learner

Ability to prioritize tasks as they arise

Confidence to communicate new ideas to team members

 

Previous dental experience and knowledge of EXACT software are advantageous; however, on-the-job training will be provided.

 

The proposed start date is the 19th of January 2022. Days of work will be Tuesday to Friday (31.5 hours).
